I was asked to join the committee 5 years ago and have now graduated to Chair - a new and daunting prospect! Thankfully, my fellow Committee members are a dedicated bunch and the consistent exchange of banter makes for lively meetings! The best bit of the TBF for me is the events and the unfaltering level of support we get from the construction community. Unlike any other group we endeavour to deliver events that are purely fun and social - a chance to catch up with friends and forge new relationships. The odd glass or 2 is usually involved too!
